when I plug in the googles, I am not seeing the "ion sd card" or other icon showing that the googles have been recognized as an external drive by my computer -- i have tried with both an macbook air and regular macbook. what is the problem?

did you get a response to the question? same troubles

If the goggles are not being recognized by the computer, please make sure that the goggles are on, and that the display is saying USB Mass Storage or USB connecting. If this is not happening, then the goggle is not trying to connect to the computer. You may want to try another USB cable. If you are getting an error message, please let me know through the Answers section.

Dave, I'm having the same issue. I follow the instructions, switch on, no icon o desktop. The goggles show they are connecting but the computer shows no evidence. I've used 3 cables now all of which work on other products. Have you any idea what else i could try? Rob in UK
